Change the topic game

Right so here it goes. Players keep to a certain topic, and name stuff of that topic. When you say something, it has to start with the
last letter of the latest word. However, on any note (if you can't come up with a word or if you want to make things interesting), you can change the topic to something else.
Example:
Topic: Cars
Player 1: Mercedes
Player 2: Saab
Player 3: Change Topic: Video Games. Super Smash Bros.
Player 4: Starfox
Player 5: x? erm... New Topic: Food. carrot.
And so on and so forth...
Now lets get started!
Topic: Foodstuff
Cheese

It has to start with the last letter of the latest word. (So for example, "cheese"'s last letter is E so your next word has to start with E. Or you can change the topic to something else and choose any letter you want, as long as the word is within that topic.

Ok, I'll try to explain it.
The starter chooses a topic, let's say... Drinks.
Then he says a drink... Lemonade.
Now, the next person to post has to either post a word in the category "Drinks", or, if he can't remember any, then start a new topic.
Since lemonade ends in the letter E, the next word has to start with it... Eggnog.
In the other case, the poster starts a new topic, let's say... Cars.
Then he says a car... Mitsubishi.
I think that's pretty much it. Oh, and I guess common sense already told you, that "starting a new topic" means starting a new topic in this topic.

Then he says a drink... Lemonade.
Now, the next person to post has to either post a word in the category "Drinks", or, if he can't remember any, then start a new topic.
