Server Connection Problems on Warbears

Yes, this is my first post as well as my first topic, so please forgive me if I am violating your forum rules. 
I've created this topic as it seems that BTC and/or the forum are offline more and more often. We can use this thread to communicate with each other when the warbears forum is not working, so we can share info or useful solutions.
Currently BTC and Warbears appear to be working.
